This Court by its order dated 28.11.2025, issued a statutory notice to the respondent. However, the respondent/company was not appeared before this Court. Therefore, this Court by an order dated 02.01.2026, issued a non- bailable warrant and pursuant to which, the law enforcing agency issued a bailable warrant and the Director of the respondent company has appeared before this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor would submit that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30929 of 2019, the respondent preferred Writ Appeals in W.A.No.2968, 2965 & 2967 of 2025 and the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court granted an interim order on 06.10.2025.
