The writ application has been preferred by the petitioner stating herein, that the private respondent is making an unauthorized construction without any sanctioned plan and in spite of several representation before the respondent no.3, the same has not been considered. The 2 representation dated 28.05.2024, filed by the petitioner is pending till date. 3. It is submitted that when the writ application was filed, the private respondent had stopped the illegal construction. But recently, has again started the said illegal construction. 4. On hearing the Learned Counsels appearing for all the parties and on perusal of the material on record, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.3 shall consider the representation dated 28.05.2024 filed by the petitioner, before the respondent no.3, within 60(Sixty) days from the date of this order, and on hearing all the stakeholders, pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law. 5. Pending hearing, the respondent- Municipality shall ensure that till the conclusion of the hearing, no further unauthorized construction is made in the disputed premises. 6. The Writ application stands disposed of. 7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 3 9.
