He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. This is third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on merits on 07.11.2024. His second bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 11.07.2025.. 4. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the third bail application of the applicant deserves to be rejected. 5.
