Petitioner was earlier registered with Uttarakhand Nurses & Midwives Council. She has successfully completed LLB Course and thereafter she applied for enrolment with Bar Council of Delhi. Bar Council of Delhi has asked the petitioner to get No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Uttarakhand Nurses & Midwives Council. 5. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to forthwith issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the Petitioner for the Purpose of enrolment as an Advocate with UKHC010115652026 2026:UHC:5460 Bar Council of Delhi. 6. Mr. Atul Bahuguna, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 – Uttarakhand Nurses & Midwives Council submits that since petitioner has not surrendered her registration with the Council, therefore, NOC could not be issued so far. He, however, submits that as soon as petitioner surrenders her registration with the Council, NOC would be issued in favour of petitioner within fifteen days thereafter. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by recording the statement of Mr. Atul Bahuguna, learned counsel for respondent no. 1.
