The instant fourth interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Satyaveer Singh, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.58/2025, registered at Police Station Malakheda, District Alwar for offences under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 352 of BNS and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's wife Rachna Chouhan is suffering from an ailment- laparoscopic cholecystectomy. It is contended that the petitioner's earlier interim bail application was allowed on 02.04.2026 on the same ground, however, the petitioner's wife operation could not be conducted as the matter was deferred. The petitioner surrendered [2026:RJ-JP:19447] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-6403/2026] pursuant to the interim bail granted by this Court before the Jail Authority. It is further contended that petitioner's wife operation is expected to be conducted within a period of one month, therefore, petitioner's interim bail application may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has vehemently opposed the grant of interim bail. It is contended that earlier the petitioner was enlarged on interim bail and the petitioner deliberately did not get her wife operated, therefore, the interim bail application of the accused-petitioner may be dismissed. 5. Heard and perused the material available on record. 6. The petitioner's earlier interim bail application was allowed by this Court on the ground of petitioner's wife ailment as the petitioner's wife is suffering from cholelithiasis and was advised for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, the fourth interim bail application of the petitioner- Satyaveer Singh is allowed for a period of one month from the date of his release. 7. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner- Satyaveer Singh Urf Dheeru S/o Mahaveer Singh, shall be enlarged on interim bail for a period of one month from the date of his release, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. It is needless to say that after availing interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority after completion of aforesaid period. Furthermore, it is directed that in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the Jail Authorities within stipulated time, his bail bonds shall be forfeited and the proceedings for arresting the petitioner shall be initiated immediately by the trial court.
