The petitioners claim that they have been in possession and enjoyment of the property from the year 1998 onwards and that they are entitled to the grant of patta. The petitioners had submitted a representation dated 06.12.2025, in this regard to the respondents requesting them to grant patta. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners representation. 6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners representation, dated 06.12.2025 seeking for grant of patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
