Romesh Verma, Judge (oral) The present petitioners/State has approached this Court by assailing the order dated 07.03.2024 as passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Nurpur, Distt. Kangra, H.P, whereby the learned Executing Court has ordered issuance of warrant of attachment in the execution petition. 2. During the pendency of the petition, the awarded amount, which was wrongly released in favour of one of the legal heirs Smt. Monika Sharma, wife of late Sh. Rattan Chand, has been deposited in the Registry of this Court. Meaning thereby, the execution petition, which has been filed by the present respondents, stands satisfied. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. 2026:HHC:7725 3. Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General has fairly submitted that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and the present petition can be closed as the awarded amount stand deposited in the Registry of this Court. 4. Since the grievances of the respondents stand redressed by depositing the awarded amount, therefore, the impugned order as passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Nurpur, District Kangra, dated 07.03.2024 is quashed and set aside. In case of any grievance, the respondents can take recourse to law in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed off. CMP No.4464 of 2026 The present application has been filed by the respondents for the release of the awarded amount, which has been deposited by one of the legal heirs, Smt. Monika Sharma, in the Registry of this Court. The non-applicants does not have any objection in case the present application is allowed. 2.
