Mr. Sikander Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents-State. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced a letter dated 12.03.2026 and a copy of order dated 10.02.2026, passed by Director Health Services, Himachal Pradesh. The same are taken on record. 3. A perusal of office order dated 10.02.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted higher scale of ₹37,600/- (Level-8, Cell-9). 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 4. Though the petitioner has been granted the higher scale, but the arrears on account of the verdict passed by this Court has not been released. Therefore, the respondents-State are directed to release the arrears in terms of the dictum passed by this Court in CWP No. 15909 of 2025, passed on 10.10.2025, titled, Vipen Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., within eight weeks. However, in case the benefits emanating from the judgment are not released in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition. 5.
