This is an application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of bail to the accused-applicant in connection with All Women Police Station Case No. 18/2026 registered under Sections 69/81/115(2)/131/351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the instant case vide Charge Sheet No. 10/2026 dated 29.05.2026 before the Jurisdictional Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant Bail Application is closed with a liberty to the accused-applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, if so advised. 5.
