Petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the direction upon the respondents to pass an order to cancel the previous license which is in favour of respondent no. 8 3. Considering the nature of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition, which needs an inquiry and which involved a disputed question of fact and further there are appropriate authorities which are District Supply Officer and then the Deputy Commissioner who can very well look into the issue and I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.
