He further submitted that the 1st respondent does not have any children and her husband is predeceased. Hence, these petitions have been filed to bring the legal heirs of the 3rd respondent on record. (I) In C.M.P.No.8726 of 2025: This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1621 days in filing the petition to bring the legal representatives/the proposed respondents in the place of deceased Rangarajan (3rd respondent) in S.A. No.722 of 2015. 2. There is no serious objections from the side of the respondent to allow the petition. 3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and there is no serious objections from the side of the respondents in this regard, the petition in C.M.P. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and there is no serious objections from the side of the respondents in this regard, the petition in C.M.P. No.8730 of 2025 stands allowed. (III) In C.M.P.No.8734 of 2025: This petition has been filed to bring legal representative/proposed respondents in the place of deceased Rangarajan/3rd respondent in S.A. No.722 of 2013. 2.
