Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that since, the issue involved in the instant writ petition has been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Dauji Prasad & Ors. Vs. The Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14614/2024) decided on 30.10.2025, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondents. 2. In view of limited prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondents and, in case, after examining the representation, the respondents find that, case of the petitioner is also covered by the judgments in the cases of Dauji Prasad (supra) as well as Tara [2026:RJ-JP:20167] (2 of 2) [CW-6981/2026] Chand Vs. Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8810/2014) decided on 25.01.2017, referred in the order dated 30.10.2025, then similar benefits shall be granted to the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.
