The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 04 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 333, 109, 303(2), 351(2) and 352 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between parties. He further submits that the children amongst themselves were fighting while playing cricket, and therefore, elders have also involved in that fight. He next submits that both the sides are agnates and injuries have also been received by both the sides. He further submits that five of the co-accused persons, in the case lodged by the petitioners’ side, have already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.1748 of 2026. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State and informant have jointly opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that initially the fight took place between the children and thereafter it was escalated and elders have also involved in the fight and there are case and counter case between the parties and 2026:JHHC:11661 both sides have received injuries and further five of the co-accused persons in the case lodged by the petitioners’ side, have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.1748 of 2026 and in that view of the matter, the petitioners, named above, are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions or the sureties as the learned Court may deem fit and proper.
