This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail to the accused/applicant against a probable case that have been registered in Golaghat Police Station. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the accused/applicant submits that he is apprehending arrest since the police has visited his place and seized his Aadhaar Card and Voter’s Identity Card in his absence from his residence. However, he submits that he could not find out if any FIR or complaint has been filed before any Police Station or not. 4. This Court has gone through the contents of the petition that has been filed, praying anticipatory bail and this Court is not convinced that accused/applicant has any apprehension of arrest in this case at this stage. 5.
