By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the Director, Geology and Mining Unit and District Magistrate, Uttarkashi to take decision on his representation dated 27.04.2026. 3. In the representation, petitioner has raised issue of pollution caused by stone crusher, which is running in District Uttarkashi. 4. Learned counsel for State Pollution Control Board, however, submits that UKHC010103162026 2026:UHC:5454 representation has not been sent to Regional Officer of Pollution Control Board and it is addressed to some other authorities. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to represent the matter before Regional Officer. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to State Pollution Control Board through its Regional Officer. If he makes representation within 10 days, decision thereupon shall be taken by Regional Officer, as per law, within ten weeks thereafter. 7.
