As per the report of the Registry, the respondent was duly served and vide order dated 7.8.2025, he was proceeded against ex-parte. Now, the objectors/applicants have filed the present application for the withdrawal of the arbitration case and for the release of the amount which stands deposited in the Registry of this Court. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General has submitted that during the pendency of the arbitration case before this Court, the non-applicant has requested the Ministry of Road Transport & 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2-( 2026:HHC:9114 ) National highway for conciliation of the arbitration matter with a claim amounting to Rs. 1,59,31,339/-Later on as per the direction of the Ministry, non applicant has withdrawn from the High Court his arbitration case bearing OMP(M) No. 316 of 2025 on 25.02.2026. It is also contended by the learned Additional Advocate General that the applicants do not intend to pursue the present objections and may be permitted to withdraw the same. 4. The application is duly supported by an afÏdavit and in view of averments as made in the application, the present application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the objection and consequently, the entire awarded amount as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court shall be ordered to be released in favour of the applicants. 5. Learned Additional Advocate General undertakes to supply the bank details of the department within a period of 2 days from today. Application stands disposed off.
