The OPD certificate regarding death of original petitioner and legal wife certificate issued by Sub-Divisional Officer, Paomata, Senapati District regarding the applicant as legal wife of deceased petitioner are already on record. [3] Accordingly, application is allowed. Applicant L.P. Hilshurou Easter is brought on record as legal heir of the deceased petitioner, i.e., LS. Punii. [4] Registry is directed to do necessary incorporation in the memo of parties in the writ petition and petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties. [5] MC(WP(C) No. 149 of 2026 is allowed.
