The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records, pertaining to Award dated 31/10/2022 in Case No. 93/I.D. Act/2004/Reference passed by the Labour Judge-Cum-fifth Additional District Judge, Ambikapur District Surguja (CG) ii. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ/writs, direction/ directions, order/orders, holding that the impugned Award dated 31/10/2022 in Case No. 93/I.D. Act/2004/Reference passed by the Labour Judge-Cum-fifth Additional District Judge, Ambikapur District Surguja (CG) is bad in law, arbitrary, therefore it may kindly be set aside/quashed. iii. Cost of the petition be allowed. iv. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. As the appeal, WA No. 53 of 2026 (State of Chhattisgarh and others Vs. Rasid Mohammed) which was filed beyond limitation has already been dismissed, the present WPL stands infructuous and the same is dismissed accordingly.
