On a perusal of the writ petition, it transpires that the petitioner is an employee of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. which is an undertaking of the Union of India. 6. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that his prayer is only limited for a direction to the respondents to decide the representation moved by the petitioner. 7. Once this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition, such relief cannot be granted. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal which is a statutory forum available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance.
