It is the grievance of the petitioner that some Municipal Officers arrived at the shop of this petitioner and have orally directed him to remove the shop. Thus, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2. After hearing the parties, I find that the apprehension of the petitioner is that there is threat of demolition of the shop. 3. After perusing the record, I find there is nothing on record to suggest that any notice has been given to the petitioner to remove the shop in question, on the ground of encroachment. 4. In absence of any document or notice, this speculative writ cannot be entertained. It is made clear that if the respondents wants to remove the petitioner, they should initiate a proceeding as per law and, thereafter, proceed accordingly. 5.
