1. The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 alleging wilful violation of the order dated 21st December, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.5257 of 2022.
2. Mr. Abhinay Kumar, learned A.C. to G.A.-I, refers to paragraphs nos.11 and 12 of the supplementary show-cause affidavit dated 4th February, 2026 filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2, which read as under:-
“11. That it is pertinent to mention that notices has been duly issued to the petitioner, thereafter, the petitioner approached to the answering opposite and subsequently, payment has been made to the petitioner vide letter bearing memo no.58 dated 02.02.2026.
12. That it is humbly stated that the balance amount of the compensation has been duly paid to the petitioner.”

3. It is, thus, submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied.
4. Considering the said submission, there is no need to proceed further in the present contempt matter. The contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 is, hereby, dropped.
5. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
