By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs: “i. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to refund the Mandi Fee/Tax to the petitioner forthwith on the import of product Veneer from outside the country which is deposited by the petitioner before the respondent authorities alongwith interest at the rate of 12%. ii. Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to charge Mandi Fee/Tax from the petitioner on the import product Veneer by the petitioner from outside the country.” UKHC010111932026 2026:UHC:5374 (3) After arguing for a while, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation on 17.4.2026, therefore Managing Director of the Board be directed to take decision thereupon.
