This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR No. 249/2019 registered at Police Station Phulera, District Jaipur Rural on 04.08.2019 for offences punishable under Section 498-A, 406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has placed the factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police Station Phulera, District Jaipur Rural, which is taken on record.
