Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that accused-petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main allegation of selling the property is against the other co-accused namely: Mohan Singh and Govind Singh. It is also contended that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the other co-accused. The accused- petitioner is a lady and ready to cooperate with the investigation and custodial investigation of the accused-petitioner is not required, therefore, anticipatory bail application of the accused- petitioner may be allowed. There is dispute between the parties. The accused-petitioner is a lady and ready to cooperate with the investigation and custodial interrogation of the accused-petitioner is not required, therefore, considering the aforesaid facts, I deem it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application of the accused-petitioner. 6.
