Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent company and submitted several documents and on the basis of the said documents the petitioner is proceeding and has also completed the process upto February 2021 and undertakes that the remaining period shall be completed within 15 days. 2. Accordingly, on hearing the learned counsels for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the private respondents shall make all endeavour to complete the process expeditiously, preferably within 30 days from the date of this order, as per letter dated 13th February, 2026. 2 3. On completion of the said process, the respondent/P.F. Authorities shall complete the process of the petitioner’s claim, within 30 days thereafter. 4. Writ application stands disposed of. 5. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
