Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would feel satisfied, in case the present petition is disposed of at this stage, with a direction to respondent No. 2, to consider the case of the petitioner for correction of her date of birth, in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the limited nature of controversy, the present petition is disposed of at its threshold, with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider the correction of Date of Birth of the petitioner in the Municipal records, after proper verification, and of course in accordance with law, on the subject. 5.
