During the pre-lunch session, learned counsel for the respondent, sought time to obtain instructions in the matter and now an order passed by the respondent has been placed on record. As per the order dated 31.03.2026, the representation of the present petitioner has been rejected. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 31.03.2026 before the competent Court of law. 4.
