Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not releasing the undisputed bills to the petitioner towards employment Incentives for period January 2018 to October 2018 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondents to process and released the bills of employment incentives of Rs.1,64,66,400/- to the petitioner along with interest and to pass Prayer is amended as per the Court's Order dt.31.10.2025 in I.A.No.02 of 2025. IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to process and pay employment incentive of Rs.1,64,66,400/- bills for the period of January 2018 to October 2018 and to pass Prayer is amended as per the Court's Order dt.31.10.2025 in I.A.No.02 of 2025. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with a liberty to workout its remedy according to law. He would further submit that they have filed memo dated 06.08.2026 to that effect. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Sri A.Narasinga Rao, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out their remedies according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
