The appeal is directed against the judgment of acquittal dated 26.06.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class Ranchi in Complaint Case No.267 of 2019 (T.R Case No.662 of 2025), whereby and whereunder, the accused person has been acquitted for the offence under Sections 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code by the Trial Court. 3. The present appellant is the victim and as such, he has right to file an appeal under Section 372 of the Cr.P.C (Now, section 413 of the B.N.S.S). 4. It is also settled law that an appeal lies before the next hierarchical court where the order has been passed by the Magisterial Court. 5. In that view of the matter, the present acquittal appeal is hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the appellant to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 6.
