This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Suwalkuchi Police Station Case No. 20/2026 registered under Sections 329(4)/117(2)/305(a)/88/62/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has already been filed in the instant case vide Charge Sheet No. 20/2026 before the Jurisdictional Court. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the instant Anticipatory Bail Application is closed with a liberty to the accused-applicant to approach the Jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief, if so advised, within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from passing of the instant order. Till his appearance before the Jurisdictional Court, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 19.05.2026 shall remain in force. 5.
