The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite orders being passed by the Special Assistant Commissioner, Bengaluru North Sub-Division in proceedings bearing RA(BNT) No.240/2021 dated 06.03.2025 setting aside the Endorsement earlier issued by the Tahsildar on 31.03.2021 and directing the Tahsildar - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:20680 WP No. 11557 of 2026 to rectify the Mutation Register order bearing M.R.No.24/2005-06 where the katha is reflected in the name of Venkatamma, wife of Thimmaiah to be corrected as "Venkatamma-daughter of Thimmaiah", no steps have been taken by the Tahsildar. 3. Having regard to the orders passed by the Special Assistant Commissioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 - Tahsildar, Bengaluru North Taluk, to proceed to comply with the directions issued by the Special Assistant Commissioner, in proceedings bearing RA(BNT) No.240/2021 order dated 6th March, 2025 and rectify the mistakes in the RTC as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
