The instant Anticipatory Bail application has been filed by the accused/application with apprehension of being arrested in connection with certain case. No details of any FIR or complaint could be provided by the accused/applicant in the application filed by the accused/applicant. Accordingly, this Court vide its order dated 04.05.2026 called for a report from Itashali Outpost under Nagaon (S) Police Station. 4. When the matter was taken up today, the report called for, has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor vide the communication dated 02.06.2026, which is kept, marking ‘X’. 5. The aforesaid report reveals that no case has been registered against the accused/applicant in Itashali Outpost under Nagaon (S) Police Station. 6. In view of the aforesaid fact that there is no case registered against the accused/applicant, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is no apprehension of arrest of the accused/applicant. 7. Accordingly, the interim relief, so granted vide order dated 04.05.2026, is hereby vacated and the instant petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
