Adarsh Nagar. 2. The applicant was arrested on 15.12.2025. 3. Admittedly on 14.01.2026, the anticipatory bail application of the applicant was listed before the learned Court of Sessions, however, such bail application was dismissed with the direction to take the applicant into custody forth. 4. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application, and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file application seeking regular bail before the learned Court of Sessions. 6. He, however, submits that the learned Court of Sessions be requested to decide the application without being prejudiced by the observation appearing in order dated 14.01.2026. 7. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of as not pressed, in aforesaid terms. 8. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
