1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 that they shall take necessary steps to the effect that there is no obstruction in plying of the vehicle of the petitioner and to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.4 and 5, who are trying and making an attempt to forcibly take away the vehicle of the petitioner bearing registration No.PB- 11-DB-4935 with the help of recovery agents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has moved representations dated 19.02.2026 (Annexures P-2 and 3), but no action has been taken so far.

Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.4 and 5-Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, to consider the representation dated 19.02.2026 (Annexure P-3) and take necessary steps in accordance with law.
