In view of the Prisoner’s Petition, the names of Mr. Bideshi Kumar Ghadei and Mr. D.P.K. Bhuyan, learned counsels stand deleted from the cause list as well as from the brief as counsels for the petitioner. Mr. Sambit Sahoo, learned counsel has entered appearance for the petitioner by filing Vakalatnama along with a memo, which are taken on record. The memo filed in this case discloses that the accused has already been acquitted. In view of the aforesaid memo, the present bail application stands disposed of as infructuous. (G.
