In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to transfer the investigation of Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023 to the CID. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the charge sheet has been submitted against the co-accused persons, but the investigation has not been concluded as the same is going on against the other accused persons. 4. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been submitted and further investigation is being conducted by the police in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2023, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application which accordingly stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to explore other remedies for redressal of his grievance.
