Pali, District Baran have produced Ms. “P.” Indisputably, she is minor. [2026:RJ-JP:21320-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-157/2026] On interaction, she stated that she does not want to go to her parental home; but, to the Sakhi Kendra, Shaheed Rajmal Meena, Government Hospital, Baran. Since, she is minor, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of in following terms:- (1) The Police authorities are directed to keep Ms. “P.” in Sakhi Kendra, Shaheed Rajmal Meena, Government Hospital, Baran and the State Authorities are directed to ensure her well- being till she attains the age of majority. (2) The parents are at liberty to meet her as per applicable rules and regulations. (3) It is clarified that if Ms. “P.” wants to reside with her parents in future, she is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this regard before the competent forum.
