Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, sought liberty for the petitioner to approach the competent appellate authority under Section 45AA of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority under Section 45AA of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948.
