The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in issuing suspension proceedings vide Proc.No.2102/A1/2026, dated 22.04.2026 and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court passed an interim order on 14.07.2026 directing the Respondents to examine the requirement of continuance of the Petitioner under suspension in view of the subsequent developments. 3. Today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the Respondents submits that the interim order passed by this Court was complied with and the suspension of the Petitioner is revoked on 17.08.2026. 4. In the light of the above, no further orders need to be passed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. 6. No order as to costs. 7.
