On the said statement, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought time to seek instructions as to whether petitioner has been retained in the project or not. 6. Today, learned Counsel for petitioner states that after extension of period, petitioner is retained in the project. 7. In such view of the matter, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. 8. Recording the statement made by learned State Counsel which is accepted by learned Counsel for petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of.
