Be that is it may, upon perusal, the prayer in the writ petition is as follows: “ to issue writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to admit the petitioner in M.D (Ayurveda) P.G.Course in any of the seats available in the Institutes of the respondents 3 to 5 for the academic years 2019-2020 under Central Government Nominee (CGN) quota, based on the sponsorship made by the 6th respondent, Government of Tamil Nadu vide its Letter No.22929/IM1-2/2019-1 dated 02.07.2019, by calling the petitioner for counseling for admission in the said course and pass such further or other orders.” 3. Since the academic year 2019 - 2020 is over long back, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be considered any longer.
