Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 69 days and the alleged recovery is 26 bottles of eskruf cough syrup.

Having considered the quantum of seizure, I direct that in case there are no further seizure in connection with the instant case, the learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail after the charge-sheet is submitted.
