JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2 23-02-2026 Heard the parties. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023. 3. The petitioner is the father of the deceased. He along with his wife is alleged to have killed the daughter and disposed of the body. The body was recovered and the postmortem was done and after taking out of body from the graveyard. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2025. Petitioner has clean antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11359 of 2026(2) dt.23-02-2026 2/2 for bail. 6. From the materials available on record it appears that the deceased was killed by her parents. 7.
