The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Penk Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 44/2025, registered under sections 191(2)/190/126(2)/115(2)/117(2)/74/76/303(2) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and there is dispute with regard to land and in view of that petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that there is direct allegation of outraging modesty against all these petitioners. He submits that case diary has been received and in the case diary it has come that four ladies members have received injury and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R it transpires that there is direct allegation of outraging modesty against all these petitioners. In the case ( 2026:JHHC:11635 ) diary it has come that four ladies members have received injury. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
