On such representation, the Tahsildar is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for respondent furnished instructions dated 04.08.2026 addressed by the Tahsildar, Baireddipalle Mandal, Chittoor District, to the Government Pleader Office, High Court of Andhra Pradesh. As seen from the instructions, it appears that the petitioner has not filed representation. However, the respondent issued notice, conducted enquiry and passed a reasoned order. 3. As the respondent has considered the objections raised by the petitioner, nothing survives in the contempt case to adjudicate further. 4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
