The said Will was executed in Tamil. As per the relevant rules, English translated version filed along with the Tamil translated version of the Will. 3. Heard both sides. 4. Considering the above said reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and the Will was executed in Tamil and therefore, it is appropriate to allow this application. 5.This Application stands allowed accordingly. 6.
