The grievance of the petitioner is that, he had filed an application in Form No.53 to respondent No.3- Tahsildar seeking regularization of unauthorised occupation of land bearing Sy.No.68 measuring 2 acres and Sy.No.69 measuring 1 acre 30 guntas (totally - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8793 WP No. 32173 of 2025 measuring 3 acres 30 guntas) of Kattegenahalli village, Gubbi Taluk, but the application has not been considered till date. Therefore, the prayer in the petition is to direct respondent No.3-Tahsildar to issue Saguvali Chit and RTC in favour of the petitioner to an extent of 3 acres 30 guntas. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with a specific direction to respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Gubbi Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether any such application is filed by the petitioner is pending consideration and if it is found that such application was indeed filed by the petitioner and the application is yet to be considered, the Tahsildar is directed to place before the Committee for regularisation of unauthorised occupation the application along with his recommendation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Committee shall consider the application and pass necessary orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8793 WP No. 32173 of 2025 period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
