Sravan Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner; and the learned Government Pleader for Education, appearing for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the third and final bill amounts of Rs.23,86,914/- and Rs.9,22,116/-, respectively, totaling Rs.33,09,030/-, for the works undertaken under Agreement No.189/2020-21 dated 07.08.2020, for ‘Providing Additional Infrastructure to ZPH School, OD Cheruvu’. 3. When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Education, has placed before the Court a copy of the instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that in respect of the claim of the petitioner the relevant bills relating to the amounts of Rs.9,22,116/- and Rs.23,86,914/- have been uploaded in the CFMS Portal, however the funds are being awaited for clearance of the bills. 4. Having regard to the same, as the amounts of Rs.9,22,116/- and Rs.23,86,914/- totaling Rs.33,09,030/-, are admitted as payable to the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, directing the respondents to remit the admitted amount of Rs.33,09,030/-, to 4 the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
