Mr.Rohan Rajasekaran, learned counsel, accepts notice for the proposed respondent. The third respondent was the highest bidder in respect of lands brought for sale in the Maxworth-Pondicherry project and sale certificates were issued by the Official Liquidator with regard to undisputed portions. In these circumstances, the third respondent is a necessary party. Therefore, these impleading applications are allowed as prayed for.
