Heard Sri Karnam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. B. Sameera, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents have not considered the petitioner for grant of Family Pension for lack of pension sanction particulars. Now the petitioner filed a memo before this Court enclosing certain family pension particulars of the deceased father and mother of the petitioner and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to place the same before the respondent authorities and seek reconsideration of the case of the petitioner for grant of family pension. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to place family pension details of the deceased father and mother of the petitioner, within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and take a decision for granting family pension to the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two (02) months thereafter. 5. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
